Hi, I’m Linnea Omholt, PT, DPT, OCS, PCES, a board-certified orthopedic specialist and physical therapist. I help active women move better, feel stronger, and live fully—without pain holding them back. My approach goes beyond temporary fixes, giving you real solutions for long-term health.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me lifting, running, spending time outdoors with my family, or on our small farm.
